Requirement
- Ideal candidates must possess a good first degree (B.Sc/HND) and an MBA Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Profile
- The person will be responsible for the development of HR policy framework, performance systems and staff training guidelines ,
- Excellent people management, communication and administrative skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and industry human capital requirement
- Good influencing skill.
- Minimum of 10years experience in similar role.
- Flair for best practice.
