A Non Governmental Organization (NGO) with an international affiliation requires the services of the position below in project Period 1 year renewable.
Human Resource Manager (HR 04)
Key Function
Ensure that internal administrative HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with ECEWS/PEPFAR/CDC standard practice
Ensures and develops an employee-oriented company structure that emplohasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Manages all human resource functions including the maintenance of personnel policies and procedures and office policies procedures
Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure proper maintenance of personal records, development, promotion and termination of employees
Ensures there is a record to support salary cost charged to grants
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Qualification:
A first degree in any Social Science area and certification in a computer related field.
