Our client, a new boutique hotel in Ikoyi, Lagos is currently recruiting individuals to fill the position below:
HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER Ref: HK/001
Qualification:
- Relevant qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality Business Management Additional relevant qualifications would be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Must speak and write English and knowledge in at least one European language is an added advantage.
- Experience in hospitality industry and professional membership will be an added advantage.
- Experience in dealing with expatriate clients and ability to work without supervisory.
- Compiler literacy with ability to use a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office Applications
- You must have the ability to maximize performance, by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service in compliance with quality and operational standards.
- You must understand the dynamics of our local market place including key competitor and key business drivers
- Good social skills
- Minimum 8 years cognate experience
