Position: Head of Training: (Ref: TRO 02609)
Requirements:
- The candidate for this position will be required to provide strategic direction for developing, planning, implementing and evaluating training programs required to meet our clients’ need,.
- He/she must have minimum of a Masters degree in related discipline with a minimum of 5-7 years work experience, three of which must be in a training firm or the training department of an organisation.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
