QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Computer literacy a must
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years experience 3 of which must be a managerial level.
- Should have a retail sales experience
- Territorial coverage and customer care experience will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational responsibilities for designated division which will cover several Gloworld outline.
- Responsible for sale planning and forecasting, budget and management reporting for the designated division.
- Ensure the Gloworld standard operating procedure customer care and other company processes are strictly adhered at all times in the designated Gloworld division.
- Responsible for acceptable customer satisfaction level of designated division.
- Proposes and activates periodic events to achieved the set goals and objective of the Gloworld in designated division.
- In liaison with the head office, coordinate the development and implementation of winning strategies for the Gloworld.
- Shops in his Division, toward increasing revenue.
- Profitability, customer walk-in, excellent customer care best.
- Practices and strong presence.
