Requirements

• Candidates (preferably expatriates) for this position are required to have a minimum qualification of B.Sc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or Bachelor Sciences
• Possession of MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus in addition
• Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 10 years cognate experience, five (5) of which must be a Senior Management position in a reputable Hotel or Hospitality outfit.
• Candidate must be required to have the ability to coordinate, manage and review business opportunities in a 5 star hotel
• Must be a team player with demonstrable track record of achieving time, cost and business targets in a competitive environment
• Must be creative, persuasive and possess interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet the challenge of people management in a fast-moving consumer business
• He or she must be computer literate.
