GENERAL MANAGER (A Reputable Property management Company)
Reporting to the Coordinating Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Put in place a functional and well coordinated property Management system for the smooth running of the Event facility
- Provide the requisite personnel for the management and maintenance of the Property
- Ensure proper functioning of all machineries and equipment within the Event Facility
- Direct the affairs of all the technical personnel within the property
- Coordinates all activities relating to the maintenance of the building, machineries/equipments, fixtures and fitting etc.
Requirement:
- The property Management Company must be one of the reputable ones in the country and with evidence of a strong presence in the South-south region of Nigeria.
- Must have a proven record of technical capacity to handle such assignment
- Must have a branch office in the City of Port Harcourt, River State.
