Our client, a first class hotel located at the Lekki Water Side of Lekki, Victoria Island, Lagos, requires for appointment suitable person to fill the position below:

FOODS AND BEVERAGES MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Assists in development strategies for resource planning and implementation
• Design and obtain approval for process specification in material requirement and standard
• Specification of the quantity and type of beverage to be stocked
• Report any discrepancy in the store
• Setting appropriate standards for stock apportionments and delivery

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must possess First degree or HND in a recognized institution

Should have 3-5 years cognate experience

Must have worked in any reputable foods  and beverages company.
