We require for immediate employment people with relevant experience to fill the position below:
Position: Facility Manager Ref: FM
The role
The key responsibilities will include:
v Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
v Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money:
v Liaising with tenants;
v Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
v Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources current premises;
v Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactory and following op on any deficiencies;
v Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas of responsibility;
v Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
The Ideal Candidates
The successful candidate must possess.
v A good university or HND degree
v At least 5 years experience in a similar role
v ICT skills
v Excellent oral and written communication skills
v Good personal grooming
