We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to lead the Nigeria country team in delivering their exciting programme and achieving even greater levels of innovation with our partners, allies and donor.

As Country manager you will bring the entrepreneurial skill to develop new opportunities, alliances and partnership. You will have excellent people and performance management skills. Your experience in programme management needs to be matched by your ability to act as an ambassador for Christian Aid and your commitment to communications and advocacy within the organization as a whole. You will have a proactive approach to leading and delivering the changes needed to ensure we maximize the quality and impact of our Nigeria programme. You will be committed to your own learning and development and that of your team
