Our client is seeking a full time in-house for the position below to coordinate the services provided by the project management team, the consultants and contractors on site for the completion of a State of the Art facility. Our client is a Church.
Construction Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building with a minimum of 10 years active working experience in the role of a project engineer in a construction company or in a project management firm.
- In addition, candidate’s experience must include work in very active and large construction projects.
- Additional qualification in other relevant areas of the construction industry and attendance of relevant training programmes that enhance skills and experience will be an added advantage.
Skills, Capabilities & Personal Qualities
- Good project management, problem solving, negotiation relationship management as well as organizational skills
- Must be dynamic, innovative and passionate
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
