Successful applicants will be responsible for driving significant growth across all areas of operations, including the introduction of new disciplines to address the growing needs of 360o Communications in the market.

- ‘Big-bang’ individual with significant industry credibility:
- Visionary leader: able to build a high performance organization through effective utilization of the four keys levers of structure, works, people and culture:
- Demonstrable experience of orchestrating and delivering overall company strategy with strong business acumen: able to deliver to growth-profit targets within agreed timeframes
- Agency experience preferred but could also be from within the broader entrails of the Marketing Communications industry.
