A leading property/Facilities Management and Real Estate Agency Company require the position below to build the organization’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Business Development Team.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning.
- Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.
- Manage existing business portfolio to ensure continued customer satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with Management to develop and implement the Company’s Business Plan
- Competitor and market research and analysis.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s overall strategy.
- Develop, review, and report on the business development’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- B.Sc (or any other degree) – Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years (post NYSC) working experience.
- The candidate MUST have significant working experience in the Real Estate Industry.
