BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER-Ref: TT/BDM 01
To lead and develop additional productive business relationship in the West African Region.
Job Description:
The BOM supports the work of the company’s Chief Executive officer focusing
on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. All account managers responsible for the following Line of Business reports to the BOM:
- Technology Service Deliver/ (Cisco. Microsoft)
- Telecoms Service delivery- Microwave, Fiber Solutions
- Training Solutions
Overview of the Role:
- Advise the management team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions,
- Develop a robust, would class, high performing team of Sales agents.
- Design and build the strategic direction of the company and works closely with the CEO and board to actualize same.
- Articulate and facilitate the design and implementation of effective marketing strategies, programmes and activities aimed at meeting customer needs, enhance asset creation and relationship management which will ultimately increase the revenue operation capacity of the organization.
- Set operational and / or performance goals for each sub unit which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals.
- Ability to open up new Line of Business

- Financial and Telecoms industry
- The ability to set priorities and good communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess minimum of a University degree, an MBA will be an added advantage
- Strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a similar role (Sales and Business development) for 3+ years in a Technology oriented organization.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing human resources, information technology and legal.
- Skills should include- organizational development, personnel management budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstration success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration.
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and system.
