Branch Services Manager at Nextzon Business Services Ltd.

Our client operates a quick service restaurant (QSR) positioned to provide a wide range of African and continental dishes to its customers. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring in the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide commercial and strategic management skills to ensure that all set targets for the company are surpassed.

Branch Services Manager (NXT/BKI-M VI)

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall coordination, implementation of the sales, customer service and marketing of an outlet.

Skills and Competencies

  • Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree required
  • Should have at least 3-5 years hands on experience in a similar position
  • Appreciable knowledge of the industry
  • Ability to ensure adherence to high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
  • Excellent leadership, supervisory and other customer relations skills
  • Accountability for accurate revenue projections and profit goals
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
