Branch Services Manager (NXT/BKI-M VI)
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall coordination, implementation of the sales, customer service and marketing of an outlet.
Skills and Competencies
- Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree required
- Should have at least 3-5 years hands on experience in a similar position
- Appreciable knowledge of the industry
- Ability to ensure adherence to high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
- Excellent leadership, supervisory and other customer relations skills
- Accountability for accurate revenue projections and profit goals
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
