Job Responsibilities

Candidates shall be responsible for the organization of branch operations and procedure, maintain office efficiency, providing management with reports on sales performance of staff, identifying market trends; maintaining office staff job results by performing supervisory role, coaching and disciplining of employees, supports and implement company operations by maintaining office systems supervising staff and sales activities; achieves financial objectives of the branch by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.

Skills/Qualifications

• Supply management, Information management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing processes, Supervision, Developing standards, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills.
• Candidate must possess first degree. Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage
• Candidate should have 5 years in a similar position in an IT distribution company.
