Branch Managers

The ideal Candidates will provide management expertise at the branch level giving appropriate and adequate support to Branch Staff by ensuring that both the short and long term Branch goals are achieved. The Candidate is also expected to ensure strong portfolio growth and superior loan portfolio, deposit mobilization as well as maintain excellent client service with strong employee morale and branch profitability. Candidate must be a holder of B. Sc/HND in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other numerate fields with minimum of Seven (7) years working experience in delivering financial products in a financial Institution three (3) of which must be at the Branch Manager level.
