Branch Managers
Locations: Aba, Calabar, Benin, and Port Harcourt
Requirements:
- 1st Degree from a reputable Nigerian/foreign University (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division 2.2).
- Additional Qualifications (Masters in related field & Professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Must be computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
- Minimum working experience of 3 years in the Banking sector (Core Marketing).
- Banking Operations experience will be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Primary Mortgage Institutions product and service offerings.
- 7. Ability to initiate aggressive recovery action on non-performing loans including watch list accounts in branch.
- Can analyze financial statements, with an emphasis on the Balance sheet.
- Ability to develop and present management reports to Croup Head and articulate how it affects the Region.
- Must be conversant with the Area being applied for.
- Must be Customer centric, can comfortably communicate with key clients of the Branch; Knowledgeable in Relationship Marketing.
- Must be Aggressive and Politically Savvy.
