Position: Assistant Manager (Recruitment)
Key Tasks:
- Evolve and mange recruitment, selection and placement processes.
- Assist the HR Manger in migrating all HR systems and procedures to an integrated computer based platform.
- Design job analysis and job placement report systems.
- Design and implement personnel procedures.
Qualification/Experience:
- B.Sc in Social Science, 4-8 years cognate experience, ability to mange organization at change. Knowledge of employment procedures and related laws.
- Must be computer literate with good excel skill.
- Professional membership of CIPM is a must.
