Position: Assistant Human Resources Manager

• The ideal candidate will be required to assist the Human Resources Manager in the attainment of the company’s objectives and policies for the recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance Management, Discipline and welfare of a highly motivated work force for the actualisation of the organisation’s corporate objectives in all areas.

Qualifications

• Possession of B.Sc/HND   in   Social Sciences/Business Administration,
• Minimum   of 4   years   cognate experience   in   reputable organisation.
• Background in Fastfood environment would be an added advantage but not a criteria.
• Membership of CIPM or other relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage.
