Assistant Branch Services Manager (NXT/BKI-M VII)
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the branch services manager in overall coordination, implementation of the sales, customer service and marketing of an outlet.
Skills and Competencies
- Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years hands on experience, one year as a supervisor or assistant manager
- Appreciable knowledge of the fast-food industry
- Ability to ensure adherence to high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
- Must possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
