Qualification
- Bachelor of Laws Degree from a recognized university
- Calf to the Bar Certificate with minimum of 15 years cognate practice experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Law, Finance and other related fluids will be an advantage
- Candidates must be lawyers who are smart have good personalities and with good command of English language spoken and written
- Legal representation at high level meetings internally and externally
- Liaison duties with top Government functionaries
- Company secretarial functions
- Supervising Legal documentation of company transaction
- Such other functions associated with senior management status.
