Requirement:

• At least 5 yrs post-NYSC Legal Practice
• Cognate Transactional experience
• Ability to lead team and to work without supervision
• Background in Commercial Litigation an added advantage
• Excellent Spoken/Written communication
• Sound knowledge of all commercial and company law issues
• Business development Rainmaiking abilities
• Ability to understand and meet the needs of diverse clients
• Result oriented
