Requirements:
- Lawyers with Advanced Degree in information Technology Law or Communication Law or similar relevant qualification
- Other ICT professionals with Advanced Degree or relevant qualifications/training on Law and Information Communication Technology.
- Other professionals who have done research on Law and information Communication Technology.
