Position: Head, Security
Report to: Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer
Job Objectives
To provide physical security and safety for employees, key facilities and assets of the company
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee a network of security operatives and vendors.
- Identify protection goal, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
- Manage the development and Implementation of company security policy.
- Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection and workplace violence prevention.
- Oversee incident response planning .investigation of security breaches.
- Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits
Education:
- First degree
- Retired army personnel Major-Cotonel
Key Competency Requirements Knowledge
- Knowledge of all aspects of security
- Knowledge of Nigerian legal procedure
- Previous experience in security matters
