Job Title: MANPOWER PLANNING AND TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Position: Middle Management

Qualification: B.Sc in Human Resources/Manpower Planning or any good first degree in any discipline MBA or Masters in a related discipline is an added advantage.

Job Objective:

To provide strategic HR support to deliver objectives of manpower planning/Training ambit of HR.

Work Experience

  • Candidate must have minimum of 5 years experience in Middle Management position in the HR department of a highly structured organization such as a , Oil Company or other .
  • An accounting experience/background will be an advantage

Key Job Roles

  • Workforce planning and manpower forecast
  • Training
  • Job Analysis Design and Evaluation
  • Working with operators to develop job description for all positions within the organization
  • Performance evaluation and monitoring
  • Coordinate all strategic manpower planning, succession plan, Human Capital forecast, planning
  • Meetings/events for the organization

  • Hands-on experience in working planning and manpower forecast
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong experience in handling staff issues
  • Excellent organization skills
