Human Resources/Organizational Development Consultants
Job Summary:
To plan and deliver projects in the areas of restructuring entire organizations. The person will have a proven track record in successfully implementing a strategy to bring the very best out of people at all levels and add value to the current skill set.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Organizational review, defining design principle, benchmarking & redesign of a new organizational structure in line with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization
- Define roles and responsibilities for members of staff in an organization
- Develop detailed job descriptions/ person’s specification for all the identified roles
- Conduct competence gaps for roles within the organization
- Carry out staff audits and make recommendations regarding suitability of staff for each role
- Carry out proper applications suitability for managing competency/ skills matrix on behalf of the entire organization
- Generate reports of acceptable standards for project wrap and delivery.
Education & Experience:
- Candidate must possess Bachelors degree in any course is required
- Minimum of 5-6 years in a leading consulting firm with at least 3 years of having handled organizational design projects
- Project Management experience is required
- HR related professional certification will be an added advantage.
