Our client operates a quick service restaurant (QSR) positioned to provide a wide range of African and continental dishes to its customers. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring in the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide commercial and strategic management skills to ensure that all set targets for the company are surpassed.
Human Resources Officers (NXT/BKI-M IV)
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing human resource related support to the HR Manager and the organisation.
Skills and Competencies
- Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree
- Should have at least between 1-3 years experience in similar position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- Organisational skills, particularly in respect of maintaining filing systems and maintenance of personnel records
- Ability to use word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word), email
- (e.g. Microsoft Outlook), the internet, relational databases (e.g.
- Microsoft Access), and spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
