Competitive applicants must:
- Have a B.Sc./HND in Human Resources .Management, Business Management or other relevant fields;
- Have a 5-8 years post-NYSC working experience in a reputable organization;
- Be a people person and highly committed and fervently God-fearing;
- Be a member of relevant professional body(ies);
- Have excellent verbal, written communication and public speaking skills inducting the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures;
- Have effective interpersonal, public relations, public Speaking and time management skills; Be highly proficient in computer applications including Word processing and spreadsheets; Be willing to work irregular hours. An M.Sc. degree in the Humanities will be of added advantage.
