Responsibilities
Assist the organization in the recruitment of new employees; identify training and development needs and designing appropriate programmes to bridge human capital development gaps.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelors Degree 2nd Class Upper in any management or Social Science discipline
- Professional membership – CIPM CITD
- High level soft skills, Tact and Emotional Intelligence
- Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience in personnel/Human Resources functions.
