Responsibilities

Assist the organization in the recruitment of new employees; identify training and development needs and designing appropriate programmes to bridge human capital development gaps.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelors Degree 2^nd Class Upper  in any management or Social Science discipline
• Professional membership – CIPM CITD
• High level soft skills, Tact and Emotional Intelligence
• Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience in personnel/Human Resources functions.
