Head, Human Resources Ref: PS/HR/HHR
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide leadership in the development and execution of human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in the areas of risk management, labor, law compliance, succession planning, talent acquisition and performance management, training and development. The Head of Human Resources assumes the corporate responsibility for the development of company HR guidelines, policies and procedures. Serves as the expert on the interpretation of HR policies and issues. This role reports directly to the CEO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources MBA preferred
- At least 10 years of Human Resources generalist experience with expertise in talent management, employee relations and compensation and benefits
- Experience working in a HR function with shared service delivery and strategic business partner model preferred
- Proven track record of quickly gaining credibility and influencing business leaders to adopt new strategies, ideas or approaches.
