Assist. Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will be required to assist the Human Resources Manager in the attainment of the company’s objectives and policies for the recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance Management Discipline and welfare of a highly motivated work force for the actualization of the organization’s corporate objectives in all areas.

Qualification

• Possession of B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences/Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years cognate experience in  reputable organization
• Background in fast food environment would be an advantage but not a criteria,
• Membership of CIPM or other relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage.
