NURHI is looking for dynamic, hardworking individuals to join our team for the below position for field office sites in Ibadan, Ilorin, Kaduna, Jos and Benin:

Position: Team Leader

The NURHI Team Leader will provide overall management, technical and financial oversight for a project field office 

• Provide guidance, supervision and support to field office staff including the demand Generation/advocacy officer, accountant and monitoring and evaluation officer, including conducting annual performance reviews;
• Participate in the development and coordination of NURHI Project program activities;
• Collaborate with NURHI partners and other key stakeholders involved In reproductive health and family planning;
• liaise regularly with city partners to provide them with up-to date knowledge of NURHI activities  and progress; ensure compliance throughout the organization with NURHI regulations, Nigerian/state laws, contract agreements, and sound business practice, budgets and NURHI policies: and
•  Perform other related duties as necessary.

Qualifications/Education and/or Experience

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership and management skills
• Good problem solving and independent thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point)
• Masters-level professional qualification in public health, social science, communication or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in an NGO environment
