Assistant Registrar: (Department of Registry) CONTISS 09 (N777, 984 – N1, 131, 610) per annum

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate must possess a B.Sc/B.A. Honours degree with a minimum of second class lower division in any of the disciplines of the Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized University.
• Candidate with masters decree should also possess a minimum of second class lower division in their first degree or HND with upper credit.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience or a holder of master’s degree with 3 years cognate experience.

Application which should be addressed to the Registrar and marked “for the attention of Deputy Registrar (Estabs), Auchi polytechnic’ should reach the office on or before 8^th April 2010 with the following

1. 16 copies of typewritten curriculum vitae giving details of Age, Educational Qualifications, Experience, Local Government of Origin, State of Origin, Sex and Present Position
2. Photo copies of credentials
3. Two recent passport-sized photographys
4. Names of three referees who must be requested by applicant to forward their confidential report to the Registrar, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi and
5. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificates.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview.
