Position: Project Manager/Managing Director

Accordingly, the appointee’s initial primary responsibility will be to midwife the registration of the company, by SEC to the commencement of commercial operations.
The Project Manager must ideally be a thorough professional, whose qualifications, experience and reputation will ideally qualify him to be a member of the management of a securities exchange.
Accordingly, he will be expected to have a degree, preferably at post graduate level in Law, Business Administration. Accounting or related discipline, with not less than ten years experience in the securities market as a dealer, with experience in all market, segments, (Money Market, Equities and Bonds)
Candidates with approximate experience in the various regulatory agencies, are also invited to apply.
As indicated above, the successful candidate for the Project Manager may transit to the position of Managing Director upon the successful establishment of the company.
As Managing Director, the appointee will be responsible for designing the policies, systems and procedures that will ensure operational efficiency, and the profitable management of the company.
