Position: National Head Distribution (Kaduna)

The Person

• The person must be born again Christian with a heart for God, for people and for the great commission, He must be a leader with a servant’s heart and one who values financial and moral integrity.
• The preferred candidate must be visionary, result-oriented and should possess distinct characteristic traits and exemplary leadership qualities and people skills.
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalents in relevant field is compulsory, Prospective candidates must have qualification in purchasing and supply and basic ICT skills (Word, Excel, Internet, etc), would be an added advantage.

Performance Profile

1. 1. Understudy the organization’s operations in Nigeria, Africa and Worldwide.
2. 2. Provide leadership for effective management and control of all inventory routine activities both at the national and zonal warehouse such as, Bin cards update, stacking, handling and documentation. Also, providing safety for ministry’s material and assets.
3. 3. Participate and contribute to the day to day of the ministry through management meetings and specified roles and duties. He shall make a long-term plan for both inventory and distribution activities for a whole year.
4. 4. Submit monthly inventory and stock take reports to the National Director and International Office.
5. 5. Alongside with the Head of Ministry, ensure that materials are regularly distributed to the zonal offices; and, also coordinate the transportation of these materials to the zonal offices nationwide.
6. 6. Provide training and development needs for staffers responsible for inventory and distribution across the country and make adequate recommendation to the National Director.
