We have the mandate of our client, a well capitalized Capital market Operator with license for Stock Broking and Issuing House to recruit first class managers to join the fast growing company in the development of Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in the company.
HEAD, STOCK BROKING
This management post is reserved for a versatile individual with ability for efficient management of operations department (Strategic Business Unit) of a fast growing Capital Market company. Prior experience in Corporate Banking/Primary and Secondary Market operations is required. The incumbent will report to the Executive Director.
Qualification:
Good first degree with minimum of 8 years cognate experience spanning Corporate Banking and/or Capital Market Operations. Professional qualification (ACIB/ACA/ACS) will be an added advantage.
Attributes
Include systems proficiency, good interpersonal relationship, entrepreneurial and good communication skills. A result oriented and target driven person that can work without supervision. A SEC REGISTERED INDIVIDUAL WILL HAVE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
Age: Matured but not above 40 years.
REMUNERATION
Remunerations attached to the various positions are competitive and in accordance with industry standards.
