A renowned Pension fund Administrator seeks experienced professionals to provide leadership and direction in the position below:

Director, Finance & Administration Ref: Em102

Location; Abuja, Nigeria

Position Description:

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director/CEO and supervise the Human Resources & Administration and the Finance & Accounts Functions. He/ She will be responsible for the following:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance for the company’s Finance and administration departments.
• Oversee the human resources function and develop HR strategies and service delivery models.
• Manage the company’s organization arrangement and recommend changes/improvements to EXCO appropriate
• Oversee the procurement and facilities management processes and systems
• Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the company and ensure accountability, integrity and transparency of the financial management systems.
• Ensure the company’s services and internal processes, meet defined standard and quality.
• Carries out other duties assigned by the managing Director.

Specification:

Education Qualification:

• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in-a numerate or semi-numerate discipline such as actuarial science, statistics, mathematics accounting economics, banking, finance, insurance, law and business studies.

Professional Qualification

• A recognized Professional Qualification (e.g. CFA, CFP, CIS, etc) is require

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 must have been in the Financial Services Sector and 5 years in top/senior management position.
