Administration and Personnel Manager (APM) Code: MAL/103/APM
Summary
Under the supervision the Executive Secretary (ES) the APM is responsible for the daily function of administration and personnel at NIOB head Office in Abuja. The APM supervises the personnel and admin staff and collaborates with the all other staff and units to ensure effective administrative support, training and staff management.
Education /Experience
- Candidate must possess First Degree (At least 2nd Class Lower) in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or public administration (MPA) is an advantage
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
