Our Client is a professional membership organization in the built environment. They require suitable candidates for immediate employment for this Position;

 Job Title: Training and Consultancy   Manager (TCM)    Code: MAL/106/TCM

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the ES, the TCM is responsible for developing training modules and marketing them for both members and non members of the institute. The TCM is also responsible for running the consultancy arm of the institute by working with other professionals and stakeholders in the built environment to deliver cutting edge consultancy services to the building and construction industry. The TCM supervises all line officers in Learning and Development as consultants

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• First Degree (At least 2^nd Class Lower) or HND (Upper Class) in Building Technology, Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
