Trainee Millers

Applicants must have a disciplined but flexible approach to work, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Successful candidates will undergo intensive local and overseas training in milling and qualify as Professional Millers at the end of their 36 months training. During this period, they should be able to progressively take responsibility for various sections of the Milling operation, from screen room to product bins and packing, including heading a shift in the absence of the Shift Miller

The ideal candidate will not be more than 28 years of age and possess a , at least Second Class Upper Division, or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering. Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years working experience in a manufacturing organization.
