Position: Project Managers (PM)
- The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of development works from conceptualization, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and qualify standards
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related courses
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the design, development and completion of projects of substantial value, plus experience/knowledge of finance and management required
- Excellent project, resource and people management skills
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, process standards, etc. and their impact on project activities
In additional, eligible candidates for the above position should possess
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision – making and problem – solving skills.
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
