Our client, a reputable construction company focusing on residential, office, industrial buildings and civil work is seeking competent professional to fill the position below:

Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Display thorough knowledge and administration of contract terms, policies and conditions.
• Manage the handling and certification of payments.
• Oversee performance of all site contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are followed
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate solutions to project management problems.
• Must be familiar with internationally accepted standards of quality, health, safety, and environment.
• Track and controls construction schedules challenges and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget allocated.

Qualifications and Experience

• First degree in construction management science, engineering or architectural Science from a reputable university
• Project Management experience/ qualification.
• At least 10 years in the construction industry.
