Our client is a market leader in Uninterruptible power supply and several ranges of products. As part of its expansion program, they are in need for immediate employment experienced and self driven person to fill the position below

Position: Online Ups Engineers

Who would ensure effective maintenance and repairs of the products under warranty and general after-sales support.

The Online Engineer will be responsible for-

• Service, Repairs, maintenance of the Online UPS
• Developing and executing technical service process to ensure that orders are correctly Identified, prioritized, monitored and executed at the customer end.

The desired candidate (Online Ups Engineers) must possess:

• A minimum of HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Demonstrable 2 years and above experience in diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Online UPS and other allied products
• In-depth knowledge of the operations and running of a hi-tech Online Ups Service Centre
• Good database of common customers’ complaints in respect of Online Ups.
• Good attitude and physical strength
