Qualification/Experience

• B.Sc in relevant field. Added degree is an advantage
• Incident Free Operations
• Goals & Metrics Alignment
• Contractor Performance Mana
• Well Construction OE Performance –HSE, Reliability & Efficiency
• Processes Management, Mapping & Maintenance
• SOPs-Contingency Plans
• Minimum of 5 years Experience
