NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Lagos)
Educational Qualifications
First degree in Civil Engineering/Building/Quantity Survey and must be at least an associate member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors
Work Experience
Must possess at least 10-15 years of experience and in a reputable organization in a managerial capacity
Functions
Responsible for constructions projects across the country and will report directly to the GM/CEO
The Ideal candidate will have a positive outlook and demonstrate the ability to identify problems and produce logical, practical and acceptable solutions. You will be able to manage yourself efficiently whilst showing high level of creativity. You will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate strong time management skills in a fast moving environment.
