MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Requirements
- Candidates must possess B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with 6 years cognate experience.
- Candidates with an appreciable familiarity and understanding of the maintenance parameters of high rise buildings will be preferred.
- He is expected to ensure the proper functioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and other general operational maintenance.
