Lathe Machine Mechanic
JOB SUMMARY
To repair and maintain Lathe Milling, Drilling, Machines and Air Compressors and to ensure that all hydraulic hoses in the machine shop are properly serviced. The candidate shall also be expected to organize proper job planning and report any serious fault noticed in the machine/equipment to the manager and supervisor and lots more.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering. Possession of higher qualification shall be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years experience, preferably as Hollow Spindle Lathe Machine Operator in the oil servicing industry. He should have a good knowledge of API Spec 7 7 & 5ct connections and manufacturing of cross-over. Candidates must also have working knowledge of ISO 9002, QA/QC procedures and DS- 1 category.
