ICT ENGINEERS (ABUJA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware 9including peripherals) and softwares
• Perform advanced diagnosis procedures on hardware, peripherals and applications
• Perform a wide range of hardware repairs and upgrade, including installation of essential softwares patches.
• Install, Support and maintain the network infrastructure and monitor system logs
• Follow a defined process to manage configurations and changes to ICT equipments, designed to support service provision
• Implement a plan for recovery and complete maintenance task including backups and virus protections
• Develop a maintenance schedule

EXPERIENCED AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: One year post qualification experience

• Knowledge of window 2003 active directory infrastructure
• Good working knowledge of networking hardware, TCP/IP and troubleshooting network issues
• T is desirable that candidates have worked with ghost imaging and have installed software applications like MS OFFICE 2003

Qualifications;

• B.Sc, in computer or in any related disciplines
• MCP, MCSA or similar qualification would be desirable
