FACTORY ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure all plants operations and equipment are maintained at an optimum level to deliver factory targets in terms of throughput, efficiency and availability of powders
2. Ensure that all site utility services are maintained, managed and reliable at optimum
3. Ensure overall plant maintenance is managed timely cost effectively to deliver factory improvement plans
4. To identify and specify equipment process needs to meet site and factory demands including annual capital expenditure
5. To implement and support project tea in all design and implementation relating to the site

 

QUALIFICTION/EXPERIENCE/AGE

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum of five years experience and not more than 30 years old

 

KNOWLEDGE: Candidates must have a good knowledge of

1. Plant systems and equipment applied to maintenance activity and problem solving techniques
2. Complete understanding of maintenance management function and the ability to apply technology and management system effectively in maintaining plant assets and directing resources and personnel
3. Developing training programs for plant technical and operating personnel
4. Coach technical personnel effectively in developing and understanding of the role of maintenance in supporting plant operations effectively
